Easy Butter Chicken and Movies

I hope you all had a pleasant week end. They go by much too quickly. This week end a few friends came over and we watched some movies with creepy children and the prequel to Spartacus: Blood and Sand called, Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. A word of caution, you see a lot of Lucy Lawless in this series as well. I had no idea this series existed until my friends mentioned. I'm glad they did. I'm really enjoying it as I work away on my socks for which I still have not found the name. Can you say run on sentence Batman?
The movie we watched was called Let Me In.

I had the Swedish version called Let the Right One In a few years ago. I was not disappointed with this version. It is based on a novel written by I believe the same man who wrote this screen play. Great film for late at night when you are already paranoid about things that go bump in the night.

I love Sundays. They give me time to experiment with that stove creation. This week end I made Easy Indian Butter Chicken. It was quite good and truly easy to make I just followed the instructions and off I went.
I started off with the ingredients that was listed in the recipe:

Made the sauce:

Substituted chicken for turkey because that was in my fridge, and cooked it in the oven:

Added the turkey to the sauce:

Put it over rice:

I am saving for a camera. The blurriness and super brightness are beginning to get to me.

That was my supper and will be my lunch for tomorrow! :D
I'm off to catch up on America's Next Top Model and knit my socks. I hope you all have a great night.
