It's Over?!?!

That week-end was nearly not long enough. I didn't get half the things I wanted to do completed. I did have a hella good time. It started out great.
Even Napoleon was anxious to do stuff:

Our supervisor was awesome:

This little fellow is Scrapes. He is a pro-cuddler.

We baptized this Brian's Spiked Coffee:

If anyone would like to know how it's made or the ingredients involved, let me know. We can barter. I'll trade ya for it.

We borrowed our in-law's barbeque for a fun night. We had some great ribs and veggies.
Again, if anyone is interested, I will show you mine if you show me yours.

While we waited for the BBQ to do it's magic, we played a card game. I am still not really sure how to play it. The basic principal is to screw over your friends.

Trust me, it's fun.

You get dealt this cute cards. On each one is something that allows you to "screw someone over". Munchkin Cthulhu. For instance, bats attack you and you go blind, so the opposing players steal your treasures.
While we were playing our game, I noticed one of my nieces little games:

I'm not sure how I feel about this game.

I just wished they switched the font size to put more emphasis on what I felt was the better slogan:

VS.:

Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm.....

I also did some knitting. Quelle surprise!

This is the part I am stuck at. I have knitted according to the instructions for Master Spiralling Coriolis Sock from Cat Bordhi's: New Pathways for Sock Knitters. The heel part is really throwing me. I think I just need to do what the paw says and say bye for now and walk away.
I'm sure it's not as tricky as my brain is making it out, but I'm greatly confused.
I also had to try out my new shorty needles. I love them. I am pleasantly surprised. I'm working on Sea Wool Bordello Socks. The pattern I think I mentioned earlier that came on the back of the label for Fleece Artist wool I purchased on my lunch hour. I love it! I can knit these and watch television and not worry too much about missing something. I love patterns that feel natural. You knit along and just sort of know what comes next.

Cool eh?
I'm going to have some quality time with my PS2 now. I believe it was greatly neglected this week-end. Hope everyone had a wonderful week end. On the bright side, this should be a short week! On the other hand, if you are like me, it means you have to do more to make up for the lost day. I should stay quiet now. Have a good night everyone!
