We are all doing much better.
Hubs is on the road to recovery, even if it does not seem that way to him. He is not operating at full capacity and at times, that gets him down. I just have to remind him where he was two weeks ago. This is a huge improvement from there.
Now he is just taking some over the counter medications and not that often at that. Hubs does have a high threshold for pain. The idea that he is even taking anything at all gives a clue to those who know him exactly how much pain he is experiencing.
The fuzzy children and I are keeping our own company. I celebrated a birthday last week. I don't really feel any older. Just another day really. Jacob baked me a wonderful cake. Cherry Chip. My favourite after ice cream.
I'm working on a few different paintings at the moment.
Jackie helped.
Yes, that is white paint on her nose.
I am also participating in a knit-a-long, The Philosopher's Stone There are a lot of interesting stitches.
When we are not being creative, we are just sitting outside enjoying the scenery and watching it pay a visit to our back door.
The fuzzy children were really interested in something outside this morning.
This was our brave visitor.
Well, in a nutshell, that has been my week.
I hope you are all well and enjoying your week!
Cheers!
